1. Introduction
1.1 The Turn USW Green programme is operated by Green Rewards
Limited trading as Jump. By becoming a Member of Turn USW Green you accept the terms and conditions as set out below.

enquiries within 3 working days.
2. Joining Turn USW Green
2.1 In
order to become a member of Turn USW Green you must be 18 years of age and a member of staff or student at
the University of South Wales.
2.2 To
create an account you must register through the Turn USW Green website https://turnuswgreen.org, Turn USW Green app or by calling us on 0207 326 5055
(Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm).
2.3 In
order to create an account you must have a valid email address. If your
email address domain is not accepted, please email [email protected] or
calling us on 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm) for assistance.
2.4 Upon
registration you will be asked to provide personal information about yourself
(email address, first name, and surname) and you will be asked to assign
yourself to a team. We will handle this information in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you
supply is accurate and kept up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or
cancel your account, cancel any Green Points earned and refuse access to the
website at any point if we suspect that the information you provide is
inaccurate.
2.5 We
reserve the right to refuse membership without liability for any reason.
2.6 The
named account holder is responsible for all transactions that take place on the
account, for ensuring that the account details are accurate and that your
account is not accessed by anyone other than yourself.
3. Earning Green Points
3.1 Through
the programme you will be able to earn ‘Green Points’ for taking certain
actions, as communicated on our website. We reserve the right to change the
actions and the amount of points that you earn for taking actions at any point.
3.2 The
specific actions, earning rates and frequency for which you can earn Green
Points are displayed on the programme website and it is your responsibility to
ensure that you understand this.
3.3 For
actions which are only eligible to be awarded a certain number of times within
a defined time period, we reserve the right to reject the award of Green Points
if you exceed the allowed number. You may raise a dispute about any rejections
by emailing us at [email protected]. After investigating your claim any
decision we make to award or not to award Green Points is final.
3.4 You
may only earn Green Points for the 2 weeks immediately preceding the current
date and not for any date in the future.
3.5 Whilst
we will endeavour to award Green Points in a timely manner, we are not liable
for any delay in awarding Green Points that may arise.
3.6 Green
Points are non-transferrable and non-refundable. There is no alternative and
Green Points have no cash value.
4. Winning Prizes
4.1 The
prizes available to you through participation in the scheme are set out on the
programme website and app and are subject to change at any time. We will notify
you of any changes to the prizes available.
4.2 Reasonable
efforts will be made to check the legitimacy of the points-earning submissions
made by winning members. If there is suspicion that points are being earned
deceitfully or incorrectly then efforts will be made to contact the member and
adjust these points.
4.3 You
will be contacted via email or telephone if you have won a prize. If there is a
choice of reward then it is your responsibility to respond to this contact in a
timely manner to claim your prize.
4.4 There
is no cash alternative to the prizes offered, and you may only choose your
prize from the options presented to you.
4.5 Vouchers
are supplied by external companies and any delay in fulfilment of these
vouchers is not the responsibility of Green Rewards.
5. Team Competition
5.1 Through
the programme members may be able to win donations for local community projects
and charities. If applicable, details about how members may be able to win
donations for local community projects and charities are set out on the
programme website and app and are subject to change at any time.
6. Email communications
6.1 As
part of the programme, and in order to communicate with you about your
participation and performance in the programme, you will receive regular email
communications to the email address that you provided at sign up. These will
include, but not limited to: service emails (registration confirmation,
password reset, deactivation etc.); weekly reminder emails; and monthly
newsletters.
6.2 You
can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe
link featured in each email or by contacting us at [email protected] or
by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm).
7. Maintaining your account
7.1 You
are responsible for making sure that the information on your account is correct.
You can check your account details and make changes by visiting the ‘My
Account’ area of the website.
7.2 You
can close your account at any time by contacting us
at [email protected] or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm).
7.3 You
are responsible for the security of your account and the log in details used to
access your online account information. You should notify us immediately if you
suspect that someone else knows your log in details so that we can suspend your
account pending issuance of new log in information. We will not be responsible
if any of your Points are altered by someone else in possession of your log in
details.
8. Collection and use of data
8.1 The
data we collect and the ways in which we use it are set out in our Privacy
Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Any
information collected from you will be treated in accordance with the General
Data Protection Regulations (2018).
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 We
may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give you as much notice
as we reasonably can regarding these changes. Activity on your account after
such a notification will constitute acceptance of the revised rules.
